Leading UltraCut concrete screw the FBS II

The latest addition to the range is the FBS II CP. The concrete screw has an innovative surface multi surface coating that combines innovative methods of galvanisation for the best performance. The screw has been tested using salt sprays tests and these anchors have a guaranteed corrosion resistance over 2000 hours according to DIN EN ISO 9927. The FBS II CP therefore offers unrivalled corrosion protection for the UK market that is superior to HDG anchors and realistically bridges the gap between standard Zinc plate and stainless steel.   

The special CP coated concrete screws have even been put through the extreme Nordtest Method (NT MAT 003-2002-05) which tests the protection class of inorganic coatings on steel and fischer have been granted the Swedish Technical approval based on this. The FBS II CP can be used in a variety of applications for both indoor & outdoor environments including the C3 corrosive category that includes areas with pollution & frequent condensation, such as food processing plants etc.  

The FBS II has already been proven in the UK marketplace to be one of the top performing anchors and a market leader in terms of performance. The permissible load in cracked concrete is significantly higher than that of some of our nearest competitors making the FBS II one of the most powerful fixings available (based on specific anchorage depths). However not only do the loads stand out, but approval for use in diamond drilled holes and approval for use in uncleaned holes* also make the FBS II the most versatile fixing.
