Online ordering

You can place orders for our full range through our website. You can also set-up an account, allowing multiple users to access the same account. We do our best to feature live stock holding as well as freight costs, however, in rare instances this may not be possible.

DP Building Systems can offer a wide choice of delivery options to suit your requirements.

Cut off point for next day delivery is 3:45pm, we also offer collection from Birmingham and London trader, which is open from 7:30am > 5.30pm. All orders are standard next day delivery, if you would like to upgrade or change the delivery option please amend your delivery option at check out or place your order and contact DP Building Systems on 0121 706 7777

Returns Policy

14-day returns guarantee

At DP Building Systems we want to ensure ‘’World Class’’ support and service, and as such have implemented a simple returns policy, if you have purchased product(s) from DP Building Systems within the last 14-days we will exchange for a full refund – simply contact us at customerservice@dpbuildingsystems.co.uk. We will then contact you to start to organize the return. When contacting Customer Service, please can you include invoice number, product(s) wishing to return and quantity. All returns products required to be returned in the original condition or they will not be accepted.

Faulty Products

If you receive any products which are faulty or incorrectly supplied, please contact sales@dpbuildingsystems.co.uk and we will work to resolve within the same day to ensure replacement stock is delivered the next day.

Damaged Delivery

If you receive any products that are damaged, please contact sales@dpbuildingsystems.co.uk and we will work to resolve within the same day to ensure replacement stock is delivered the next day. All returns will be issues with a unique returns number by our Customer Service team, please ensure that the returned items are securely packed including the returns number. All returns are at customer expense.

All orders placed on www.dpbuildingsystems.co.uk are delivered Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, between 8am and 6pm. Deliveries are not carried out on a Saturday or Sunday or to PO Boxes. We do not ship outside mainland U.K as standard at this time. Any non-Mainland UK customers must contact us for costing before placing an order. All packages require a signature on delivery.

Pricing and Promotions

We reserve the right to withdraw any pricing or promotions without warning, this includes on placed orders 

Proof of Delivery (POD)

Proof of Delivery (POD) We can only offer Proof of Delivery (POD) up to 60-days after delivery, we will endeavour to provide a POD after this point, however this is dependent on our external couriers. POD requests after 60-days is at the risk of the customer, and in no-way should delay payments of order (web or non-web)
